Michael is an associate in Carmody’s Litigation practice group. He has worked on a variety of litigation matters, but his practice primarily consists of commercial litigation, including collection matters and commercial lease disputes. He also advises clients involved in business disputes.
Prior to joining Carmody, Michael practiced at a Connecticut-based law firm where he worked on a wide range of cases, including commercial lease disputes, construction disputes, contract disputes, and premises liability actions. He has also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Clark of the Connecticut Appellate Court and as a legal research clerk to the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court.
Michael received his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, he served as Vice President of the RWU School of Law Moot Court Board and received the CALI Award for the Highest Grade in Advanced Trial Advocacy.
