Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael dePascale Jr. in the firm’s Litigation practice based in the firm’s New Haven office.
Michael’s practice primarily consists of general commercial litigation and landlord-tenant law. He is experienced in litigating both sides of complex commercial cases, including commercial lease disputes.
Prior to joining Carmody, Michael practiced at another Connecticut-based firm where he worked on a wide range of cases. Before that, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert W. Clark of the Connecticut Appellate Court and as a legal research clerk for the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court.
