Jeffrey’s practice focuses primarily on assisting businesses, developers, commercial property owners, banks and individuals in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and related corporate governance matters, including acquisitions, sales, commercial leases, commercial financing, commercial and residential real estate developments, condominium formation, condominium association governance, and entity formation. Jeffrey works closely with a wide range of businesses and individuals, counseling clients across all real estate-related matters, including preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing instruments, contracts and agreements.
