Carmody seeks an associate lawyer with approximately four years of law practice experience in lending, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital to join its team in New Haven.  At Carmody, you will do hands-on work drafting and negotiating transaction documents across a variety of industries, conduct and manage due diligence, and work with a team to advise clients on corporate governance matters in an energetic, collegial environment.  Candidates should have familiarity with the transactional due diligence process, strong research, writing and communication skills and be admitted to the Connecticut Bar.
