Vincent is an associate in Carmody’s Real Estate practice. Vincent’s practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions and land use. He represents individuals, developers, corporations, landlords, tenants and families in real estate transactions and land use approvals and permitting. In addition, Vincent also represents clients in civil litigation.
Prior to joining Carmody, Vincent represented various municipalities across Connecticut, which helps guide his approach in representing current clients throughout the municipal approval processes during real estate transactions and development projects.
During his time as a law student, Vincent served as a research assistant to the Dean and Co-president of the Tax Law Society.
