Vincent is an associate in Carmody’s Real Estate practice. Vincent’s practice primarily focuses on real estate transactions and land use. He represents individuals, developers, corporations, landlords, tenants and families in real estate transactions and land use approvals and permitting.
Vincent has developed a well-rounded approach to real estate transactions and development projects based on his diverse experience representing various clients in the municipal approval processes and advising municipal officials on the applicable statutory parameters.
During his time as a law student, Vincent served as a research assistant to the Dean and Co-president of the Tax Law Society. Vincent’s work ethic and passion earned him the CATIC Foundation Award in real property and real estate transactions and the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award in Land Use and Planning.

Assisted with land use permitting for an automobile dealership and repair center involving a series of special permits and coastal site plan review as well as significant building and site work to conform with FEMA flood hazard zone regulations.
