• Integral member of team that successfully defended a public agency involved in a claim that a bridge contractor was wrongfully terminated. It was believed to be the largest construction claim ever made against that agency.
• Prosecuted dozens of condemnation actions in state court on behalf of an electric utility to allow for the expansion of its infrastructure within Connecticut.
• Litigated numerous matters involving trespass, easements, water rights, adverse possession and boundary disputes.
• Represented owner on numerous construction claims in arbitration related to gas main construction.
• Argued an appeal on behalf of a hydroelectric company that protected its project’s lands from claims of adverse possession.
• Defended numerous fire, explosion wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.
