Luc is an associate in Carmody’s Real Estate practice. Luc’s practice focuses primarily on real estate transactions and land use. He represents individuals, developers, corporations, landlords, tenants and families in real estate transactions and land use approvals and permitting.

During law school, Luc received nine awards for academic performance, including the Connecticut Bar Association Real Property Section Excellence in Real Property Award and the CATIC Prize for Excellence in Real Property Law. He also served as a Publication Editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review.

Prior to attending law school, Luc gained valuable experience in the construction industry, working in both estimating and project management roles. His experience in construction informs his law practice.
