• Led a multidisciplinary team advising national developer/investor, Argent Ventures, in the $58.5 million acquisition of office buildings in Norwalk, CT.
• Represented national developer/investor in acquisition of real estate on Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, CT.
• Represented municipality in purchase and subsequent sale of waterfront peninsula including negotiation of contract, condemnation easement, zoning, title, environmental and development issues.
• Represented investor in purchase and subsequent sale of waterfront peninsula including negotiation of contract, condemnation easement, zoning, title, environmental and development issues.
• Represented client in sale of multiple commercial real estate parcels, 1031 and reverse 1031 exchange and purchase of percentage of $120,000,000 commercial real estate parcel.
• Represented national developer in commercial airspace condominium in Greenwich, CT.
• Represented client in acquisition development and designation of multimillion dollar family estate.
• Represented national developer as condominium counsel in the creation of a commercial airspace condominium involving zoning, shared water, roads and utilities which allowed for multimillion dollar development of a commercial unit.

• Represented bank in the $12,000,000 construction financing of a warehouse facility with an end user cannabis manufacturer and grower.
• Represented client as local counsel in $40,000,000 refinance and drop and swap 1031 exchange on New York City development parcels and “air rights” transfers.
