Following seven months of review, comment, feedback and revisions, the City of Norwalk Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings in December 2023 on the final drafts of the proposed zoning map and regulations. Hybrid public hearings have been scheduled for December 5 and 6, 2023 with the in-person forum to be held in the Community Room of Norwalk City Hall, and the virtual meeting  via zoom.com. The public hearings commence at 6 pm on both evenings.

Prior to the hearings, the Department of Planning & Zoning staff will provide an overview of the changes incorporated into the proposed map and regulations on November 21, 2023 at 6 pm via zoom.com.

To attend the public hearings on December 5 and 6, and informational session on November 21, visit: https://apps.norwalkct.org/meetingboard/meetinglist.
