As an associate in Carmody’s Litigation group, Juliette is comfortable working with clients on a broad array of litigation matters, from inception to resolution.
Prior to joining Carmody, Juliette was a Litigation associate at a Connecticut-based law firm where she worked on a wide range of cases, including contract disputes and related tort claims, employment-related matters, construction disputes, fiduciary litigation, and trademark enforcement. She also played a key role in trademark clearance, prosecution, and strategic advising for domestic and international clients.
Juliette received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law with an Intellectual Property Certificate. While in law school, Juliette participated in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic and was a Law Clerk for the Office of the General Counsel at the United States Copyright Office. Juliette is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York state courts, as well as the Southern District of New York and the District of Connecticut.
