Ethan regularly authors and argues motions in medical malpractice cases, conducts and defends depositions, manages complex discovery, develops expert witness strategy, and advises healthcare providers on insurance applications and navigating the claims process. He is experienced in defending providers in many fields of medicine and healthcare operations, especially in the areas of orthopedics, podiatry, neurosurgery, psychiatry, gastroenterology, internal/hospital medicine, geriatric care, and first-response.
