Eric Herst is an associate in Carmody’s Litigation practice and represents a diverse array of clients from startup founders, rideshare transportation companies and private equity funds to individuals and small business owners.
Eric received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. During law school Eric was a judicial intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Bruce J. McGiverin of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in San Juan. Eric was also a participant in Harvard Law School’s Negotiation and Mediation Clinic where he helped design a restorative justice curriculum to be implemented in a public school system.
Eric received his B.A. magna cum laude from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, S.D.
