Brice K. Ashford is an associate in the Corporate & Business Services practice focusing on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters.

During his time at UConn School of Law, Brice participated in the UConn School of Law Transactional Law Clinic supporting non-profit and for-profit businesses in the Greater Hartford area.

Brice served as a Student Bar Association (SBA) Representative for three years and held the title of Vice President of the Arts, Entertainment, and Sports Law Society. He was also a member of the Black Law Students Association, and the Connecticut Moot Court Board.

Brice graduated with a Certificate in Human Rights.
