On December 2, 2020, Ben Pomerantz and staff attorneys from Connecticut’s Dept. of Consumer Protection and Dept of Agriculture will be giving a collaborative CLE for the New Haven and Fairfield County Bar Associations on the Hemp and CBD Industries in Connecticut.

About the Program 

The nation-wide rising commercial and industrial enthusiasm for and awareness of Hemp and CBD (i.e. non-intoxicating cannabis), combined with ease of access in the consumer market, has caused a surge in the growth, intrigue, and need for legal services related to hemp and CBD businesses, and related ancillary services.  The New Haven and Fairfield County Bar Associations are offering a joint CLE presentation with panelists from the relevant State Agencies to addresses Hemp and CBD regulations, laws, and other new developments in the State of Connecticut.
