Labor & Employment partners Vincent Farisello and Nick Zaino will lead a virtual discussion on common wage and hour issues that employers face for the Waterbury Regional Chamber.

The presentation will address the “white collar” exemptions from overtime, what constitutes hours worked, meal breaks, properly calculating overtime, and other wage payment issues.
