Lindsay’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration. She has experience representing clients in complex business and commercial disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, unfair trade practices, municipal property tax appeals and commercial foreclosures. Lindsay also represents lawyers in Connecticut defending grievance complaints and presentments, as well as providing advice on ethics and professional responsibility, conflicts of interest, lateral hires, best practices for engagement letters and risk management.
Lindsay serves on the Board of Directors of the Stamford Partnership and The Rowan Center, a counseling and support service for victims and survivors of sexual assault, as well as serving as chair of its Board Development Committee. Since her appointment by the Presiding Judge in July 2023, Lindsay has served on the Grievance Panel for the Waterbury Judicial District which investigates and makes preliminary decisions about Grievance Complaints filed against lawyers. Lindsay had served on the Executive Board of the Fairfield County Bar Association since 2020, serving as its President from 2023-2024, and acting as Immediate Past President for 2024-2025. She continues to serve as co-chair of the Ethics and Professionalism Committee of the Fairfield County Bar Association.
