Carmody Professional Ethics & Grievance partner Stephen Conover will present on “How to Avoid Disciplinary Problems” for the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA).

The program will cover various areas of ethics including the disciplinary process, the cases most likely to lead to bar discipline, beginning and ending the attorney-client relationship, conflicts of interest, and managing one’s Interest on Lawyers’ Trust (IOLTA) account.

Stephen will present alongside Suzanne B. Sutton of Cohen & Wolf PC, Jennifer Gagosz of the Connecticut Statewide Grievance Committee, Judicial Branch, and James F. Sullivan of Logan Vance Sullivan & Kores.
