Please join Attorney Stephen J. Conover as he co-presents on this important ethics program for attorneys.

About the Program

Law practice in the 21st century is subject to a growing number of ethical and regulatory requirements. This program will offer guidance to the busy practitioner on meeting professional obligations to clients and the public and on minimizing the risks of malpractice and disciplinary complaints.

This seminar will be of value to any attorney that currently practices, or is planning to practice, in Connecticut.

  • About lawyers' ethical responsibilities in communications, and in interactions with opposing counsel
  • About ethical considerations at the beginning of an Attorney-Client relationship, including engagement agreements,  conflict issues and representing clients with Impaired Capacity
