Lindsay’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and arbitration. She has experience representing clients in complex business and commercial disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, unfair trade practices, municipal property tax appeals and commercial foreclosures. Lindsay also represents lawyers in Connecticut defending grievance complaints and presentments, as well as providing advice on ethics and professional responsibility, conflicts of interest, lateral hires, best practices for engagement letters and risk management.
Kristianna L. Tyler Named a 2026 40 & Under List Honoree
Kristianna’s current practice is devoted to defending and advising clients in connection with medical malpractice claims. She has experience defending hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers in both pre-litigation and litigation matters involving wrongful death, delayed diagnosis of cancer, and catastrophic injuries that often lead to such claims. She also handles personal injury matters, including those arising from premises liability claims and motor vehicle accidents.
