Carmody Professional Ethics & Grievance partner Stephen Conover will present on the advantages and disadvantages of retirement for legal processionals for the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. The webinar will cover the decision to fully retire or practice in law beyond “normal” retirement age on a full-time or modified basis, (e.g. as a Mediator or Arbitrator) as well as the legal procedures to accomplish retirement.
