In his eight years with the firm, Vincent has grown a versatile practice in the areas of labor and employment and general corporate law. His labor and employment practice focuses on counseling and advising employers on all aspects of the employment relationship. He regularly represents employers in mediations, arbitrations, labor negotiations, contract negotiations and defends employers before administrative agencies. Vincent also represents clients in many other aspects of their operations, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and leasing, contracts and corporate governance matters. His clients include closely held and public businesses, non-profit organizations, municipalities and financial and healthcare organizations. Vincent has been selected by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” since 2011.

He is a member of the United Way Emerging Leaders Society, the Board of Directors of Waterbury’s Palace Theater and is an Associate Board Member of the Children’s Community School, among others. His involvement in these organizations keeps him connected to his clients and the community.
