The program will include information on business corporations\, limited liability companies and partnerships. Why does your client need to form a business entity? Should your client’s business be a corporation or an LLC? Are there other parties involved beside your client? How do you draft bylaws or an operating agreement? This will be a one-hour presentation inclusive of questions and answers.
