DESCRIPTION:Matthew Gaul will co-present “LLCs 2.0: Member Disputes & Drafting Tips to Avoid Them Under the New CT Uniform LLC Act” for the Connecticut Bar Association on October 27\, 2017. \nLearn everything you need to know about the new Connecticut Uniform LLC Act through hypothetical examples and case studies. Sample operating agreement provision will be provided as the basis for drafting “do’s” and “don’ts\,” and the panel will make drafting suggestions to mitigate potential disputes.
