Speakers will describe Connecticut’s lawyer disciplinary process and considerations if a grievance complaint arrives.  Among the many questions to be addressed:

  • for complaints from clients, do I still represent the client & what about pending client matters?
  • For complaints from non-clients, what can I disclose about my client?
  • How should I respond to the accusations in the Grievance Complaint?
