- Divestiture of the Connecticut assets of an out-of-state energy company.
- Representation of an electric utility on a multi-billion dollar upgrade of its transmission facilities.
- Represented an electric utility in the structuring and contract negotiation for purchases from several independent power projects.
- Supported a competitive energy business in various retail and wholesale energy-related transactions.

- Sale of a state-owned public water system to a Connecticut municipality.
