Matt Peterson is a partner in Carmody & Torrance’s Estate and Tax Planning Group, where he practices in areas of traditional estate planning and administration, and estate planning for the needs of the disabled. In addition, Matt is routinely involved in litigated matters involving wills, trusts and estates, claims by and against fiduciaries and contested conservatorships in the probate courts and on appeal to the superior courts.
