Our leaders lead by example and take their responsibilities very seriously. They devote personal attention to clients’ needs and to delivering the best legal services possible. In addition, they manage the firm in a way that not only provides excellent client services, but also creates an environment that nurtures professional development and supports diversity among our attorneys and staff.
Our management team consists of partners from several practice areas reflecting the interests, needs and concerns of all of the lawyers of the firm. The combined knowledge of these partners includes familiarity with the general needs and attributes of all firm clients. This enables them to operate and advance the firm in ways that yield the greatest benefits and results, short term and long term, for the firm and our clients.
The management team currently consists of Ann H. Rubin, Brian T. Henebry, Richard L. Street and Ann H. Zucker. Ann Rubin is our Managing Partner. She is a member of the Litigation Practice Group and resident in the Waterbury office. Brian is our Assistant Managing Partner and is responsible for our financial operations. He is also a member of the Litigation Practice Group and resident in the Waterbury office. Rick is our Litigation Practice Group Leader and is responsible for managing the operations, workflow and staffing of our litigation practice. He is resident in our Waterbury office. Ann Zucker is our Business and Personal Services Practice Group Leader and is responsible for managing the operations, workflow and staffing of our business and personal services practice. Ann works primarily out of our New Haven office.
